Webbersaur.us Affiliate Program – Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Webbersaur.us Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. Webbersaur.us reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

2. Eligibility

To join the affiliate program, you must be at least 18 years old. Webbersaur.us reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

3. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn up to 10% commission on each new website sale (up to $300 per sale).

Affiliates earn 10% commission of the monthly sale on any monthly program, provided the referred client remains active for at least 3 months.

Commissions are paid on successful transactions made through your unique affiliate link or if a verbal referral is made it will be added to your dashboard and tracked as such.

4. Payouts

Payments are made monthly via PayPal, Cash App or Venmo.

Monthly commissions are paid after the referred client has remained active for 3 months.

There is no limit to the amount an affiliate can earn.

5. Restrictions

Self-referrals and fraudulent transactions are strictly prohibited.

Affiliates may not engage in misleading or deceptive marketing tactics.

Any attempt to manipulate the program will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of earnings.

6. Termination

Webbersaur.us reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time if these terms are violated. Affiliates may also terminate their participation by notifying Webbersaur.us in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Webbersaur.us is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the laws of the State of CT.

By continuing as a Webbersaur.us affiliate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
